 The OMMA was established to oversee the medical marijuana program for the State of Oklahoma. It is responsible for licensing, regulating, and administering the program as authorized by state law. Operating under the Oklahoma State Department of Health, the primary goal is to ensure safe and responsible practices for the people of Oklahoma.

 Recently, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) began approving dispensary, cultivator and manufacturer applications. As of November 15, there were a total of 2,004 approved medical marijuana applications provided to us by the OMMA.

The state does not require background checks or state agent cards.  Highlite Staffing requires 3 months prior industry experience and/or your State Compliance Certification.   We accept all state approved responsible vendors for the State Compliance Certification.  We highly recommend Cannabis Community College.
